El termini de resoluci\u00f3 sol ser de poques setmanes, tot i que pot variar. <\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s important tenir en compte que<span> <\/span><strong>aquesta autoritzaci\u00f3 no garanteix la resid\u00e8ncia<\/strong><span> <\/span>a Andorra. S\u00f3n dos tr\u00e0mits completament independents. Comprar una propietat no atorga autom\u00e0ticament el dret a residir al pa\u00eds, tot i que s\u00ed que pot ser un punt de partida per iniciar despr\u00e9s el proc\u00e9s de resid\u00e8ncia si aquesta \u00e9s la intenci\u00f3 del comprador.  <\/p>\n<h2>Documentaci\u00f3 necess\u00e0ria i proc\u00e9s notarial<\/h2>\n<p>Una vegada obtinguda l&#8217;autoritzaci\u00f3, el proc\u00e9s de compravenda segueix una seq\u00fc\u00e8ncia clara. L&#8217;habitual \u00e9s signar primer un <span> <\/span><strong>contracte d&#8217;arres o de reserva<\/strong><span> <\/span>que fixa el preu, les condicions i el termini per a la signatura definitiva. Aquest document t\u00e9 plena validesa legal i compromet ambdues parts, per la qual cosa s&#8217;ha de revisar amb atenci\u00f3 abans de signar-lo. <\/p>\n<p>Per a la signatura davant de notari andorr\u00e0, el comprador no resident necessita aportar el seu document d&#8217;identitat o passaport en vigor, el NIF o n\u00famero d&#8217;identificaci\u00f3 fiscal del seu pa\u00eds d&#8217;origen, i acreditar el m\u00e8tode de pagament previst.
